6 Day Private Breathwork & Bufo Alvarius Retreat in Costa Rica

This retreat is designed to up level our lives by letting go of what is no longer serving us through the powerful teacher of Bufo Alvarius and using Breathwork as a tool to integrate what the medicine shows us and helps us to release. Each day will have yoga practices and Breathwork – and there will be 2 days of ceremony with Bufo Alvarius. Not only will we be letting go, but we will also be receiving – insights, inspiration and tools for personal growth to take home. Amongst the workshops and ceremonies there will also be plenty of time for rest and integration as that is one of the most important aspects – to actually integrate what the medicine and breath is showing us. Bufo Alvarius is one of the most potent tools known for resetting the nervous system when used in a proper setting ; coupled with being immersed in nature and having daily somatic practices this retreat has been created as a container for a complete reset and renewal into Love, truth, joy and vitality. Each evening we will have an opportunity to use the sauna on site to continue to allow the body to open and detox.

Bufo Alvarius is contraindicated for those with mental health issues and those with high blood pressure.
